Getting started with LeadPilot

Find B2B businesses, score them with AI and draft follow-up emails.

LeadPilot helps you find businesses to sell to, keeps them in your own lead database, scores them Hot / Warm / Cold with AI, and writes follow-up email drafts that you edit and send yourself.

In short

1Create your account

1. Go to leadpilot.nostr.africa and choose Sign up.
2. Enter your email and a password, your company name (optional), and a short sentence about what your company does. This is required: the AI uses it to write follow-ups that match your offer.
3. Confirm your email using the link we send you, then sign in.

New accounts start on a free trial: 1 search and up to 60 saved businesses. You can change your company description any time under Account.

2Plans

How payment works

1. Open Pricing, choose a plan and send your request.
2. We email you payment instructions.
3. Pay, then reply with the payment reference (or paste it in the box on the Pricing page).
4. Our team confirms it and your plan unlocks for 30 days.

3Find leads

1. Open the Lead finder.
2. Classic search: enter a business type (for example “dental clinic”) and a country, then click Find leads. Results are saved to your LeadPilot database.
3. On Growth and Scale, keep adding more cities to the same search (deep search).
4. On Scale, use AI search: describe who you want in plain words and the AI plans the search for you. Use Check websites to see which businesses have a working website.

Your searches and saved businesses count towards your monthly limits, which reset each month.

4Work your pipeline

• Leads lists every business you have found. Filter by status or country, and sort by score (hot first), rating, number of reviews, name or date.
• Move each lead through the statuses New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted (or Lost).
• The Dashboard shows your pipeline, hot leads and totals.
• Insights (Growth and Scale) shows trends by status, category, country and website presence. On Scale you can also ask the AI questions about your leads or create a workspace summary.

5Draft follow-up emails

1. On a lead, click Draft follow-up. The AI writes a draft based on the lead and your company description.
2. Read and edit the draft, or regenerate it for a different opening.
3. Copy it into your own email and send it yourself.
